Mana regen issue/question
 

Forgive me if this has been covered. I'm not seeing it mentioned.

I recently started playing and have a new lvl6 Halfling Druid
I notice my mana drops a point before increasing every tick.
Is this normal?

Example: Sitting with spell book open. Mana goes from 74 to 73 then jumps to 75.
This happens every tick of natural mana regen with no mana regen buffs.
-1, +2, -1, +2, -1, +2, -1, +2, ...

Some really helpful people in game (thank you) were saying it was due to client and server calculating different values. The reduction is apparently when the server updates my client to the correct value.
