This guy had a Medallion of the Jarsath, so I still have that for MQ if anyone needs.

Also thanks to the genius who apparently turned in All 3 medallions before we got there, but left the Tooth as the only remaining piece of the MQ.

You should toss a petition in and see if you can get a log of the quest turn in and find out who turned em in. Second time this week a mobs been left with shit trying to fuck someone up.
