Though there are many Brewing vendors in North and South Qeynos, the merchants selling grapes listed on EQTC do not have grapes on them.

I am not positive that this was how it was arranged in classic but there are plenty of classic recipies (Fish Wine, Red Wine, etc) that use grapes as a component. I have not checked vendors selling in in other zones.

I can point them out to you in freeport, but sorry I never bothered to learn Qeynos merchants.
