The weight reduction on fleeting quiver is 60%.

I heard that (1/3*quiver weight reduction) 20% is the haste bonus for having a FQ in velious. Is this correct?

Do all haste type bonus apply to bows? Worn, triggered, spell/song.

Pretty sure there are 4 categories of haste. See http://www.zlizeq.com/Game_Mechanics...d_Mods#1_Haste . Caveat emptor, that's not from classic era. Maybe someone else can confirm with better evidence.

Anyone know if haste from quivers applies to classes other than ranger?

Worn haste is currently not working on archery only spell haste. Don't know that they will fix it, might be the same problem with quiver

Not getting fixed. No sources or anything but something that is broken with ranger just won't get fixed. Sucks but that's life in Eq.

So FQ doesn't work at all other than weight reduction for arrows?

Well it doesn't even have that at the moment. Quite certain that, when it's supposed to, it'll work in Velious.

i do not believe quiver haste has been put back in yet...Otherwise HQ lion skins wouldve jumped in price by now
