Velious bind?

Where is the first place one can bind when getting off the boat to iceclad? Been so long I can't remember :)

Yeah, the dock is the closest. I expect most people to permanently bind in Kael however since it's really central to everything.

They didn't remove the bind location from the docks to keep it classic? It was added November 7, 2001 and I could have sworn it was bug reported...
