Just want to point out that it doesn't proc at level 1. I bought one and am 10 and getting the your will is not sufficient. Not trying to thread crap but I feel pretty swindled.

they should patch that than. it should be level 1 until a later nerf.

Was later nerfed to proc at level 35.

100% remember this working at lv1.

Yeah, it proc'd at lvl 1 on live until being patched later down the road.

This has been fixed, and is pending update.
Will proc level 1 soon.
