I am postitive this item had velious textures. Although it is just plain texture in game.

You are wrong - it always looked like Enameled BP from LGuk.

No, you are wrong. 10 months into Velious it got Velious textures. I also remember this myself.

I had one on my Shaman and it looked like EBBP all the way until I quit in Depths of Darkhollow, /shrug.

Already 2 bug reports related to Vindi BP and its graphic.
