Rogue hit rate with epic feels super slow since patch.
 

Maybe its just me or what but ever since the patch playing my rogue with epic seems he hits very slow, even the swing animation appears slow.

My jboots are definitely slower.

My procs are slower.

can confirm pegasus cloak doesn't levitate as much

Regen mana slower.

Troll hp regen slower :(
