Suspended account
 

I just started to play again after a long absence. It says my main account is suspended. I was able to log in on another account, but am wondering why my account was suspended. Any help would be appreciated.

Put in a petition.

How do I do that with my account suspended?

I hate sounding like an idiot, but I can find no petition submission. I checked all of the tabs but no joy. Correction, I found the forum marked petitions...I are so dumb...

A new problem. This account can't post on the petition forums, says no authority. What the heck is going on...

Thanks, apparently when I went to the petition forum I had to relog in. Now the next problem: can someone tell me how to change the password to a single account?

Home in the top left -> Change password on the left hand side under account system -> make sure you select the right account in the drop down menu

I have already tried there, it says I have no login accounts. I can log into EQEmu using my information, on 4 accounts, with no problem. I can log into other servers. I originally set my accounts up here, before Emu server was active, and now they are gone.

how do you change game password???
