Is there an official ruling on this Coldain Ring #2 camp? A guild member and I camped him for 3 hours and Yogaballs came up within the last 5 minutes and jacked the hand in.

During the 1st week or so I was within the understanding this is to be treated as a camp since its a static npc (spawn spot and timer). So a list was respected for the time I was there. Eventually there was an instance where I had to petition for clarification and Sirken confirmed, through Nilbog, that he meant for these coldain npc's to be treated similar to ragefire - first turn in gets it.

Not an ideal solution but that appears to be the official stance by the developers

Need some turn in messages with trigger person in it then, like Ragefire and Scout Charisa.

8th ring turn in is the bottle neck - 24 hr trigger.
