Negative Faction Cap

Obviously there is a negative faction cap here because you will see "Your faction standing with Blah Blah could not possibly get any worse."

What is the actual number for that cap?

The wiki http://wiki.project1999.com/Faction has a ? for max KoS, but shows live at -1990.
