Unable to complete monk orange/red sash quest
 

I am unable to complete the turn ins for Reyia Beslin.

I have completed the white and yellow sash quests and I am also regarded as an ally with the npc's.

I go through the dialogue with Reyia but she refuses to acknowledge any of the items I turn in to her. I have lost multiple items to her and am unable to advance in the monk quests towards the epic. I have tried as a wolf, I have tried when sneaking from behind and adding items in the trade then hailing the npc to make sure they were focused on me.

Nothing works for me. Why am I experiencing this issue. I have already lost so much trying to get this to work correctly.

I believe this is likely due to the fact Reyia Beslin's quests were not multiquestable. Were you trying to turn in the items individually?

Ok, yes I did attempt to turn in items individually as I wanted to avoid losing items if something weird happened.

When reading through online looking for solutions I never did read that about her quests. I appreciate you taking the time to look at this. I will respond later this evening after I get back from the office to confirm for you.

Why would these need to be MQ? Not only is it not classic, it's not necessary. The quests are easily soloable.

Multiquesting is a completely classic functionality.

The issue is that when the server (P99) was first developed the ability to MQ quests was not present in the system until they were able to add custom MQing scripts (e.g. Jboots) to each and every quest. As the server progressed, all quests written/developed from Kunark onward had MQing built into them. Older quests had to go back and be rewritten on a quest by quest basis to enable MQing.

Quests are still being found/reported that need MQing added to them (e.g. sky quests)

Just wanted to report back. Turning in all quest items at once to Reyia Beslin indeed worked.

Just because it wasn't done, doesn't mean it wasn't functionally possible.
