I'm new to p1999 and I rolled a monk,I'm in my 30,s and I need haste soon.im poor so I was thinking if I could trade plat and gear on live for some plat on p1999.is that within the rules ? I would hate to have to re role as a caster or have to beg.

There's always the "sneak around Trakanon's Teeth and pray someone drops a noose you can pick up" option.

No trading stuff from live for stuff here is not allowed and will get your account banned.

Is this something that happens often enough to give it a try? Could a low level (say 10 or so) rogue get his hands on one of these with some determination? I wouldn't really expect it to be easy but a decent haste item for free is a pretty good deal.

Haledan: no idea! Never tried it. I suspect it's not so common, though, given how infrequently I see people hunting in TT.

He needs to fat cat harder then, sit in the tunnel for 16 hours a day like everyone else and try and push an item he paid 250pp under regular price for 500pp over the regular price.
