Cause I'm fairly sure that item and all items that it is used in are Luclin additions. Namely 10lb Halas Meat Pies.

Yet another reason Luclin was the 2nd best EQ expansion. It made TSes relevant.

If you think anything useful from Tradeskills came in Velious, I suggest double checking Allakhazam/eqtraders comments. Most all of those things came in Luclin.
