Status on tickets?
 

Hey guys,

So new to P99 and having a good time. Just wondering if anyone recently go a reply about an IP exception. I know the forum said it could take days to weeks and just wondering if anyone got a response recently that could tell me a rough guess to the current wait time.

Mostly want to make sure the delay isn't due to me doing something wrong.

Please just search this topic - you will find plenty of posts and response regarding the topic. Yes it takes a while, they do them in batches. No, posting about it doesn't help expedite the process. Just a rest of patience! One day you will receive it :)

I'm currently still waiting on one that I posted on 8/24. So if they do them in batches, they seem to have not done a batch in at least 3 weeks. That means chances are good you won't have to wait as long.

Don't bump your petitions, they'll go to the back of the queue.
