Tumultuous strength - not confirmed, but .. anyone seen it?
 

Has anyone seen this item drop once before? It's strange that it's never in ooc or, in fact, anywhere that I've seen.

Can anyone confirm that they've even seen one before, anywhere? Or has had it cast on them? it's the lvl 39 group str.

^ still haven't found 1 person on the entire server that's seen it cast, in ooc, dropped, or any of the such. Bumping this..

get a life, if you can 2 box anything with a bard id be impressed. IPs will clearly match location of my old hometown years ago, indicating the obvious that a friend plays this account from time to time. i login to forums with whatever password is saved on the device or whatever main i play more lately.

I hope you get banned for 100% irrelevant contribution to bugs section.

Back to topic:

I still haven't met 1 person that's ever seen 1 of these spells drop, a friend that has it, seen it cast, or anything at all. I think this spell is NOT in the game.

I've seen a copy of Tumultuous Strength on a vendor in Kael, about a week ago, so it dropped for somebody.

I'm confident you didn't see it on a vendor.. I'm bumping this again, because this spell does not exist here. And if it does, the drop rate is seriously, seriously wrong.
