Bonds of Force, 29lvl wizard spell is bugged. It only snares one and not 4 as intented

It's the same with Atol's Spectral Shackles (51 Wizard spell)

oh man, this sucks, quad kiting becomes almost 500 mana for snare alone

Any update on a fix for this or is this intended any official version?

Lets hope it doesn't take forever to fix like when they broke raptor run speed.....I'm never getting 60 on my wizard!
