NFP guards
 

I have a 17 iksar who is threatening in NFP. I was able to waltz in today and even hail guards without having to FD or sneak to get to bank. Pretty sure it's related to server, because I'm not that good at sneaking.

The guards seem to be broken. I watched someone in EC run to a guard for help and he did nothing. I tested it aswell. It seems that they will not agro.

I can confirm this. WFP guards also do not aggro, the ones at the entrance at least. I was able to run all over FP with a train of orcs on my alt lol
