Shackle of Steel
 

I saw the patch notes for Sept 21 says the Jan 2001 is live now. In those patch notes it says Shackle of Steel quest is fixed. I still can't find the goblin interrogator in FM and another peep told me the monk in TD still isn't responding.

Any idea?

Not everything was implemented during this patch. That's all over the board I have seen. Lots of things missing

I checked Master Rinmark in Tim Deep yesterday and he still wasn't responding to "where is your student". So it looks like we have to wait some more.

So I know on live there was 3 patches in January 2001, does that mean this patch only includes the first of the three?

No, it was supposed to include all of them.

Maybe we need a restart? Try killing him yet?

I went and checked for the goblin as well. With the new update, the entire cave system where he is supposed to be is meant to switch over from burynais to goblins. There's still only burynais and no interrogator. I too was looking forward to this patch for the Shackle of Steel. Oh well, hopefully soon.
