Looking for Dufrenite for Totemic Quest
 

Hi all,

if anyone has some spare Dufrenite to sell or give away please send some info,
I am looking for 7 (or 8 if the quest dont give both bracers) pieces for this things for the shaman totemic armor quests.
Most of the other parts I gathered already, I am just missing these Dufrenite.

It is. He just heard it drops off mobs in solusek A and wants to save a dime on it since they don't sell for much to a vendor. Some kind soul needs to buy him 8 of these!

Best bet is to either park in SolA or periodically do a /w all soldunga and ask people there killing clockworks (I believe). Not everyone knows it's for the Totemic quest, try to catch them before they vendor it.

you have to kill the gnomish scum of sol a in order to get it. you're better off buying it imo. Or not doing it at all cause most of the gear is not that good :O)

Got all quest pieces except for the Glaciar bear pelt during leveling up to 30, but the Dufrenite was more of a pain. Didn't want to blow all my plat on a vendor, I parked my guy in SolA. Took several days of checking in, so I suggest to do this only if you plan on taking a break from grinding or level on your alt character.
Finally some nice ogres showed up so I got all 8 gems. Paid 50p pr 400 total so you can save "alot" of money that way(800plat+) Good Luck!

It's greenish tint plate graphics for a chainmail class, which makes it more than just a little good. The armor is iconic (excluding master race/shm). Unless you're referring to the stats, which are of course irrelevant on visible armor. FashionQuest does not recognize your argument as valid.

Yes, Astronaut is right, I am just trying to afford the gems as I am rather new here with my 28 shaman.

Compared to my banded armor stats the totemic stats looked really good so I thought it would be a good thing to quest it - and as I gathered most of the pieces I was looking for the Dufrenite and read about 158pp per piece o.O

Thats much more then I can afford right now (I am safing for the two 5ac/55HP rings right now) so I thought someone remembers some Dufrenite on the bank and would like to sell them :-)

I guess if I have to grab them from a vendor the quest isnt worth it, my banded set did cost me 100pp in total and the totemic armor has better stats, yes, but not 15 times better to justify the huge price. Whats even worse: As I am a troll with large banded and the quest only accepts medium I also have to buy another medium banded set :-p

With these expensive gems and you guys saying the armor isnt worth it I guess I scratch this quest :-(

I might have some gems on my monk, do the quest if you want to for fun!
