Im super surprised it got the +HP and AC upgrade it did, thats game changing update for this item

Will sapper and Wave crasher slow % were reported early on in Velious dev process. And we're deemed to go in as post nerf for balance issues.

Wave crasher started as 70% cold based.
Will sapper was 50% magic based.

70% cold would be OP as fuck. Ah well.
