Armorer Dellin (WFP Militia House)
 

I cannot for the life of me find Armorer Dellin in the West Freeport Militia House to hand in my Militia Armory Token.

I've literally spent an hour searching around the militia house trying to find him, but unless there's a secret passageway to the basement that I can't see, he must be bugged.

He IS spawning, from almost anywhere in the militia house I can type /tar armorer and I am able to select him. However, I haven't been able to triangulate his location in any way.

So my belief is that he may be spawning under the world or in a wall or something.

He's on top of the building

You're right, I found him. How is this the correct spawn location though?

I haven't found a single way up to him (no doors or ladders or anything).

He used to be inside..

Checked him again today and this time he wasn't on TOP of the building, but he was on the top floor.

Not sure if he bugged out previously to end up on top of the building, or if dev team respawned / fixed him, but he appears to be in the correct spot.

For now, please move to resolved.

EDIT: Nevermind, he's back on top again.

Fixed, pending update.

He's back up on top of the building. I'm able to hail him through the floor by targetting from outside and then standing where he'd normally spawn inside but have no way of hanging the quest item to him :\
