Spirit of Garzicor - Charasis Ground Spawn
 

The Charasis ground spawn appears not to be working - someone on red claims this as well.

Bump, this is still not ground spawning as intended. Mandala of Draconic binding - located as ground spawn in Howling Stones - East wing - pos140 neg510. Should spawn on the altar there I believe, but yeah, nowehere to be found!

With the way patches are implemented (no server reset,) is this something that can be fixed? This is a great quest, which I am sure Nilbog spent a significant amount of time building, but its currently being bottle-necked in the most absurd way.

Would the GMs/guides be amenable to summoning the mandala for people if they are at the spot it is supposed to be picked up at in charasis?

The zones need to be shut down, and brought back up. Presumably, this has not been done because players are in them.

A few quests were added with the last patch using ground spawns. The zones affected are feerrott, erudsxing, and charasis.
