Where do I request an IP exception to allow my girlfriend to play at my house?

Boy this Question sure is Asked Frequently. I wish there was a large, stickied post on these forums for such Frequently Asked Questions.

I should have called that IP exemption..

i had the same problem and it took so long for the people to answer my question 4 reals that my gf got fed up with having to wait to log-in and she broke up with me and now she is living at brian's house because he steals internet from his fricking mexican neighbors because theyre too dumb to PW protect their wifi i'm so fucking pissed off

my problem, however, remains unsolved

So my GF already got an exemtpion for us at her house and apparently she requested it in the Petition / Exploit area. I just put one in again. Just need her account login info. Good luck and that story is tragic but funny as hell.....
