Oasis missing spectres

I remember dying to the spectres around the island tower with the four around the corners and up in the tower. there are platforms around the island underwater that used to house a spectre each. there are four missing from how it was on live. just sayin

Underwater spectres?

We currently have 8 total, with none being underwater.
