How can I be sure I have max True Spirit faction?
 

Want to be 100% sure before turning in my scale.

give that gem to bondl in NFP? if it says cant go any higher you're there

redo a part of your epic quest, that will yield a faction hit.
if the faction hit says: "You'r faction with the True Spirit's could not possible get any better",
then you are at max faction.
If it just says: "You'r faction with the True Spirit's has gotten better",
you need to work on increasing it more.

Ah ok. So it truly has to get to the point where it can't increase, not just Ally.

Ive heard of people failing the turn in, even tho they were ally. But not Max ally.

Also did the release of velious just effectively double the necessary faction work by adding the "ally" level?

Faction level is the same they just changed how it was viewed. You don't have to do additional work now that the velious changes are in.

Alliance only works up to a certain faction point if I recall correctly. Just do the necessary faction work it really doesn't take long for what you get.

Ah so 100% still represents the same total faction, it's just subdivided differently. Thanks for the explanation.
