Stealth change to mob levels or /con ranges?
 

Friend and I were in steamfont last night, and it seemed that either all the mobs got a 1 level boost or the range of light blue expanded by a level. The giant rats back behind the windmills went from green to light blue since the last time we played those toons (couple days at least), as did the kobold scouts at the camps near the druid ring.

Are we crazy, or did something funky happen?

Gnomes were nerfed for being too OP, you show the same level but really your one level lower than you should be to keep balance.
