unable to log onto one of my characters
 

I can't log onto my highest level character for at least 2 weeks..iin Butcher Block or Gfay. I've even made n00b characters in Felwithe and Kaladim and try to zone in and get booted to log in. No luck with the n00bs either. Any ideas why? Very frustrating!!
