Item name not showing up on hover over in inventory
 

If I hover over an item in my inventory (or on buffs for that matter) the name no longer pops up.

Try reapplying the p99 client files. It may help, or it may not.

This get screwed up sometimes when they patch. Not sure what actually happens, but seen it some times myself, and suddenly after a patch it was fixed again
