Hey guys. Has something changed with our experience tables since Velious launched? I logged in for the first time in maybe 8 months on my ogre SK who I could have sworn I had hit 30 on before I stopped playing, and he was level 26. 8 months was a long time ago so maybe my memory is shoddy but I could have sworn I had just gotten feign death before I stopped playing.

No, there was no change to your experience, regardless of the removal of Hybrid Penalties. If there was, as result to the removals, it would have gone the other direction. However, with the removal of hybrid penalties, leveling back to 30 will be quick.
