The planking is still spawning in Iceclad

They shouldn't be removed until some time between June-November in our timeline. Unsure which date Nilbog picked but there's confirmations of it being in during June 2001 and quotes from ShowEQ users in Novemeber saying they aren't in anymore.

As of now, they still spawn in Iceclad. I got 2 last week in an hour of roaming around on two characters.
