It is terrible that no one with access to Raid Discussion will post a topic saying Lower Variance please.

This would not require mass repops (which nilbog-rogean are against)
This would keep mob windows close together and force people to prioritize its a win win for all guilds.

Someone with Raid discussion access please just make the post.
GMs back the idea to lower variance (NOT remove it) no poopsocking.
Just turn the 16 hour into 8 hour even, or 6 hour and this would be do able.

-all the guilds would back it besides maybe a few negative nancy that don't understand how it would help them. The majority would win.
And Rogean / Nilbog would be open to this idea if everyone showed it is what we want.

My access was removed when they no longer felt Taken was a raiding guild !

I asked for lower variance every summit I went to, even felt +-4 hours or 8 hour variance is plenty to serve its "purpose".

Even 12 hours of variance would work fine.

Every time its brought up, the same follow up response happens - " We asked you guys to stop poopsocking if we lowered variance and you didn't. Why would we lower it further?"

Poopsocking did stop the first couple weeks of the newly minted 16 hour variance back in 2014, problem was there is not that many different things to do in this game besides wait so people returned to the zone ins to wait.

Sirken has openly stated that the variance won't be lowered, so you're wasting your time.
