This is a great thing to do in your downtime. Campin frenzy? alt tab to the Kunark box for a bit. Camping AC? alt tab over. It isnt super hard and would probably really help the server out.

When the melee calculations are patched to retest, I will rejoin with my level 1 to continue testing.

Looking over the melee dmg thread it is well reported and I have given my input from what I remember. Several people who are more in the know of what is going on are providing much more/better input than I. Nothing more can be done in that respect.

You might consider giving a little more thought as to what someone is posting. Anyone spending any amount of time in the beta forums would know that the level 1 melee dmg is an issue that is being handled with great diligence. That same person could deduce that my input was simply an explanation as to why I, or possibly others, are not on right now.

I know that dealing with some of the personalities on these forums can cause one to immediately react to every post with hostility, but please take time to ensure that you aren't taking a "shoot-from-the-hip" snipe at posters who do not suffer from said attitude problems.

They should really open up a few more higher level zones to test, there's only so much you can do in Dreadlands..

Well I haven't even touched the live server, been waiting for Kunark and now that the beta is up it is the only place I've been.

P.S. Any ETA for beta server update? My CoS is still 5 second cast :(

I think people should grow a pair and start playing on there and testing things. Otherwise NONE of you should bitch if you come across issues when you're an Iksar noob or when your big bad raiding dungeons are fucked. You characters are there. Go raid with them!! I've got a box pair of a War/Shm iksar.

Ya i logged in and it was dead - I thought about two boxing it up, but meh.

Advertising the beta better might help. Adding a note to the message of the day would alert people that the beta is out. If you don't check the homepage or hear about it from friends you might never know.
