AT what point did this happen for bows?

Far as i can tell high delay on a bow is of no value during trueshot, or is tehre some arcane part of the calculation that am missing?

in which case a fast bow with a low good ratio is optimal for use during trueshot.

eg 20/30 or 30/40

does the proc on this translate into double damage for the tick? ....assuming you are bow kiting.

not that you would be doing that much by the time you get this bow tbh. Most useful against casters ?

Yeah if you can get a shot off during stun, you'll hit for 2x. The duration feels random though.

it's random 1 or 2 ticks, depending on when the server tick is after the proc determines the length

i.e. proccing, rolling a 2 tick proc, 1 second after the last server tick = 11 second proc
