What is this spam filter that keeps coming up when I am trying to talk?

It should lift when you hit level 5. We've had too many people make level 1 characters just to shout obscenities in EC.

Oh this is just the question I was going to ask. :o I feel bad not being able to send people a thank you for run by buffs. Often they are gone too fast to see thanks in spatial. Now I know it is just till level 5. :cool:
