how do you rogues get stanos to spawn? it says to talk to anson mcbale but she is no where to be found

im assuming you didnt real the wiki or use google. everything is there.

Anson only spawns for part of the Norrath day as far as I remember

PS - for anyone trying to do the parchment piece in Kaladim (Founy Jestands), he's bugged at the moment at level 58 which means you can't successfully pickpocket him no matter what your skill is.

"If Anson isn't in the camp, then you must kill his placeholder which is a smuggler. Get a group of level 50+ and kill all the smugglers. They are fairly high and backstab very hard. This should cause Anson to spawn. Once Stanos has spawned, give him the two pieces of parchment and he will give you the combined parchment."

Sorry that's completely horrible advice.

Anson spawns here. There is a low level smuggler PH that's in his place occasionally. A rogue can handle it solo.
Take to care to kill it before it runs down the hall past the female rogue GM.

Be a 50+ rogue (required) or find one. Target Anson while uninvis and say "I need to see Stanos".
