What's your Bring Sally Up challenge score?
For those who don't know it, basically you
1. Put yourself in the push-up (press-up) position
2. Play the song "Flower" by Moby https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6A2V9Bu80J4
3. Every time you hear "Bring Sally up", you must extend your arms
4. Every time you hear "Bring Sally down", you must bring your body down and keep the plank (on hands, not elbows) position (until you hear Bring Sally up again).
It's so much harder than it sounds.

See how long you can do it for. The song is about 3:30 long.
I can do about 30-35 regular push-ups but my best time at Sally is only 50 seconds.
