P99 Community, taking care of its own...
 

Last night my wife logged in to Mistmoore with her cleric and began searching for a group for us as I was finishing up a few things. A shaman asked her to group up and said they had room for me as well (We always level together). I got to the group about five minutes later and the shammy would not invite me. The shammy then told the group they had someone else coming and there was no longer any room for me.
Basically I figured the wife and I would be LFG again. To my surprise the monk Azerel, The enchanter Gelly, and the cleric Cornlilius all left the shammy and formed a group with me. The shammy was left in the cold for her impatience and immaturity. Thats the Classic EQ I remember! People act stupid, they get black listed!
The group ended up being one of the best groups we have been a part of and we made some new friends!
Just a good story to tell between all the drama you often see here.

Ah, i've been in the awkward situation of inviting too many people to a group, or the case of inviting too many people and missing a required class. Usually in that situation it's the Group Leader's fault, and as such they should pass up their place. Which i always do if i'm in that situation.

last night i camped the scryer in UGuk with a full group and the only pop we got dropped my enchanter quest mask (im the only enchanter in group)

the pro ranger instantly loots the entire corpse and then goes "sorry it's no trade :("

it really felt like 1999 again ~

I've come across this situation before due to group members not listening and inviting too many people to a HHK goblin group. I ended up just dropping because I had the guy run all the way from Lavastorm for the group. It's very frustrating.

This is Phyroz, that really sucked man. I literally told the group before he looted that your mask was on the corpse. The only good thing about that group was the drive by clarity we got the entire time we were there.

Haha, one of the best things about this game being ten years old is that even if we were camping for an SMR and the same exact thing happened, I'm so past the point in my life where this shit makes me angry...

Plus, I'm only 21, I can pretty much live in the scryer room for the next 4 levels still.

I didded dat ques' on mines 'chanter TOO! Cuz mask is so nicenice! But I never gotted mask to drops from scryer. It also drop from "a skeleton monk" in UGuk! I finded him on liddle ledge after jumped inna water by second set of heart 'piders an' swimswim all 'round. I not remembers how mean him was. No faction hit though. Iffin you is needs helps, lemme know. Mines name NiNiK!
