highpass citizen & Ran Flamespinner faction
 

Ran Flamespinner and the highpass citizens used to be on the highpass guard faction. My TSK has been killing orcs and gnolls and turned in a bunch of scalps and is warmly with the guards now, but Highpass Citizens and Ran Flamespinner are SCOWLING.

Incidently, Capt. Orben accepted gnoll scalps at dubious. you used to have to sneak or do the invis after opening the GIVE window to do that. I think he used to only accept scalps at apprehensive or better.

Also, the evil merchant, the Erudite next to the bard song salesman in the side room between the bank and the courtyard, is dubious and won't sell to my troll. That guy was the one who bought all those FS short swords in the old days of guard farming. He used to sell to evil races no matter what.

Incidently, the original Scunge the Troll SK could go in both the Qeynos pally guild and in the spaceship without being molested, although I got sick of it before they were beyond dubious. That was really hard.

the citizens are fixed but Ran is still KS to my troll. Ran should be on the guard/citizens faction.
