Rules:

• Tickets cost 2pp and are unlimited
• When submitting numbers, the 4th number listed will always be your powerball number.
• First 3 numbers must be between 1 and 59, no duplicates. 4th number must be between 1 and 39.
• At time of drawing, Mandalaybay will /random 1 59 three times in a row, then /random 1 39 for the powerball number. Witnesses will be on hand to ensure credibility.
• You do not need to match the first 3 numbers in order, but your 4th number must match the powerball number.
• You must match all 3 numbers and the powerball number to win the jackpot.
• There will be additonal prizes for matching 2 and 3 numbers that will be determined after initial interest has been gauged.
• The jackpot will increase after each drawing if there are no winners. Increase will be determined by Mandalaybay and will be based on level of participation.
• Numbers may not be changed after purchase.

I played this guys casino and his raffle earlier in the week. I payed 20p and got a raffle and won 500p! then he offered to gamble it up on even an odds for the 500, won again and left with 1k for 20p.

Remember 1 key thing...the amount of tickets someone else buys reduces your odds of winning by 0. You have the same odds no matter what, so don't be afraid to buy a ticket simply because someone else bought 500.
