Timer boxes overlay?
 

So I remember seeing a UI where someone had a stand alone program I think it was, that had customizable timer boxes? It looked to be part of the UI, but apparently it was just a clear overlay stand alone program.

Anyone remember what this was, or where I can get it?

Mainly want to set it up to time named mobs in the camps I'm in. 28 minutes in Guk, etc. So I know when they are about to pop again.
