i always had a healthy, normal life even before i stopped playing everquest, because it's not very hard to balance those things if u arent a huge goober. guess the biggest difference is i've been taking the time to cook a lot better & healthier instead of rushing quick dinners. pacific timezone kinda sucks to raid with if u got a job or life. gives me the energy to work out more often or hike/run further. weather started getting really nice around the time emp disbanded so ive been spending a lot of time outdoors. thinking abt buying a camper or something, traveling for a bit and just fucking off.

ive also gone 73 days of nofap and counting
