Bind Wound Skill Cap Per Level? SK!
 

So i've been sitting at 100 Bind Wound Skill for a while, maybe since lvl 25-26. I am already 31ish, skill doesn't seems to go further. I read on the wiki we have a cap of 200. So, there is a level cap for bind wound? Any chart around? Thanks!
