Dmg cap question
 

Wiki teaches me that from 20-29 the damage cap is 60, does this not include things like main hand dmg bonus, attack and str?

My ranger in the 20s with a 30/37 2hander is often hitting in the 70-80 range and max so far was 91. Around 660atk and 139str.

You can break the 60 damage mark with enough str/attack, but it's not consistent. My monk went from regular 60 damage hits with a single 103 damage high point using an IFS at 29 while crazily shaman buffed, to hitting for 120-130 regularly without buffs at 30.

Main hand damage bonus also does not exist at these levels, that kicks in I think at 33 and every 3 levels after that increases. I could be wrong on the exact damage bonus figures though.
