From what Sektor said (future shotcaller), Pests are ready to buck up and do the right thing by letting Jupe back in with a few conditions being met.

I'd be too weirded out by the uncool and abnormal aggressive steroidquesting of GMs to meet any of those conditions that might involve putting a phallus in your mouth to get retagged.
