A Dark Reaver proc not working.
 

The proc for A Dark Reaver is supposed to steal strength(max should be 27str at lvl 48) from an opponent and give it to the user. Right now it does not give str back to the player.

This has been a known issue for a while it seems.

I vote to not fix the Dark Reaver proc just to punish Anuril for bumpin every single thread relating to it, omg.
