im immune. my friend asked me one time if im feeling these Asians, while hes dating an Asian he went on to marry and have kids with.
I feel we put a lot of distance between ourselves when he asked that "gotcha" question. Because we used to be really good friends (probably one of my best "good time" friends) and then I started to not hear from him or see him much.
I still regret not being politically prepared to answer it to this day...Im partly angry at him for asking the question in the first place.
Yes I like Asians, but im not "feeling" anything in particular...Its just not me. I don't get that wild emotional feeling of lust or obsession.
So when he asked me one night while I was over his girl's place, at a little Asian Thai gathering. (all Asians) I felt it was a gotcha question.
Im still pretty bitter about that to this day. Why would you ask a question like that? That really is not a casual question, so when the person goes to respond, it becomes a gotcha question because you cant fully explain yourself at a party or casual setting.
Really not happy about that. |
