If I'm runnning EQ off a USB, can I Uninstall Titanium from Windows?

trying to clean up my PC - was wondering if this would affect EQ off my USB or if it's in correlation to something on my HD?

if your entire directory is on the USB drive, then you an uninstall it from program files
