Harvest stun duration too short

The stun duration should be 10 seconds for wizards lvl 34 Spell: Harvest. Tested a couple times, and I was stunned for only 6 seconds.

Harvest currently stuns for 6 seconds, based on logs above

Lucy agrees that the stun duration has always been 10 seconds on live servers and should be here as well.

def remember it being longer and much riskier to use harvest while quadding

here you can safely use it when mobs are in casting range and retreat before they reach you

Never really wanted to bring it up, but I played a wiz on live starting from pre-kunark and it was immediately apparent to me the stun here is shorter than it was on live/

A lot of stuns on players seem too short here. The stun/heal potions don't seem to stun for long either.

In pvp, stun duration is decreased. Casting harvest on oneself is probably hitting the pvp stun code causing the shortened stun duration.
