So we have all kinds of terrible not classic ideas crop up on the reg, but I've a truly novel one that would not only marginally increase survivability when grouping with retards and multitaskers (neither of these ever apply to me, sorry if you are offended), but also make tunnel quest wildly more engaging ^^

I'm not just talking scrolling colors, but complete particle effects and transformations. Imagine your chat bar exploding with pixels! Unattended tells quivering under pressure until they start squirting bursts of purple (or whatever lame non-classic color you changed them too), item links blasting open in a shower of orange sparks! "Train to zone!" Warnings raining red/green blood down your chat window, XP messages that sparkle! Level messages that explode in a cloud of gold dusting and showering of rainbow stars! Imagine item links shrinking to nothing when RNG screws you, or swelling lazily when you get a fat max roll. So many possibilities!

Although tbh thought the title of this thread was referring to scrolling text in the chat bar, which would be an awesome non-classic ec feature

Ugh. I can only think this would make me want to kill people.

Find someplace safe until you come down. The colors won't hurt you, remember that.

At best, the distraction might cause character death.
At worst... epilepsy.:eek:
